(2)  Problems related to the control unit 

 

 

The NC does not start up correctly. 

 Cause

 

Remedy 

 

8 is displayed on the control unit's 
7-segment LED "NCLD1". 

Check whether the rotary switch "NCSYS" on the control 
unit is set to 0. 

 

E or F is displayed on the control 
unit's 7-segment LED "NCLD1". 

The control unit may be faulty. 

The control unit's LED "BATALM" (red) is lit. 

 Cause

 

Remedy 

 

This LED is lit when the voltage of 
the battery connected to the 
control unit drops to 2.5V or less.

Replace the battery. 

The control unit's LED "PSEMG" (red) is lit. 

 Cause

 

Remedy 

 

The external emergency stop 
switch is set to the emergency 
stop state. Or, the connector 
"EMG" is disconnected. 

If the problem cannot be reset with the external emergency 
stop switch, check the wiring. 

The control unit's LED "WDER" (red) is lit.

The system process was not 
completed within the timeout time.
