9.4 Predictive Maintenance Function
9.4.1 Monitoring on fan unit revolution
The fan rotation speed of the fan unit attached to the RSEL unit is monitored.
There should be a message level alarm (Alarm Code 201 “Fan Revolution Drop Warning”)
generated when the number of the fan revolution dropped by 20%. When an alarm is generated,
although the fan will not have stopped completely, we recommend replacing it as soon as
possible.
Note that if the fan rotation speed drops 30 %, an operation cancel level alarm (alarm code 404
“Fan error”) is generated, and the actuator stops. Replace the fan and reset the alarm to resume
operation.

9.4.2 Overload warning
Using this function enables monitoring of motor temperature changes caused by dried-up
grease or wear and tear on parts. A warning is output when the preset value is exceeded.
This enables detection of abnormalities before a breakdown or a malfunction occurs.
