Port Maintenance Block Header 0 (PMBH0)
PMBH0 contains a pointer (EFPTR) to the next extended features space, error management
block, extended features block (EFBLK), and the EFID that identifies it as the generic endpoint
port maintenance block header. While registers defined by software-assisted error recovery are
supported, software-assisted error recovery is not. Therefore, the RapidIO Endpoint is defined
here as not supporting software-assisted error recovery.
