Syntax
traceroute {

Parameters
host
Enter the name of device.
vrf instance
(Optional) E-Series Only: Enter the keyword
vrf
then the VRF Instance name.
ip-address
Enter the IP address of the device in dotted decimal format.
ipv6-address
Enter the IPv6 address, in the x:x:x:x::x format, to which you are testing connectivity.
NOTE:
The :: notation specifies successive hexadecimal fields of zeros.
