Creating a Call Distribution
Creating Call Distribution on the PTP Connection without Linear Call Distribution
For a PTP connection without linear call distribution or for extensions differing from linear call
distribution, the internal destinations must be selected.
Requirements:

Configured connection type PTP connection
•
Entered PBX numbers
•
Entered extensions and/or additional numbers
•
Created internal destinations (subscribers, groups, voice mail/fax boxes or automatic
reception)
1. Open the page
Public switched tel. networks > Call distribution
.
If several configurations (PBX profiles) have been created, these will be available as
tabs.
2. With several configurations: Click the tab with the desired configuration.
3. In the first
CALL DISTRIBUTION FOR...
list field, select
ISDN PTP connections
or
VoIP PTP connections
.
4. In the second
CALL DISTRIBUTION FOR...
list field, select the connection in
question.
5. In the
Internal no. | name
list fields, select one of the following options:
Note:
External numbers, e.g., those used as remote switching/programming
numbers or call through numbers, may not be used in the call distribution.
6. Click
Save
.
7. Repeat step 4 to 6 to configure the call distribution for the other PTP connections.
linear/fallback
: The caller will be transferred to the internal number similar to
the DDI. If this phone number is not configured in the PBX, the fallback function
will be used.
Reject call
: The caller hears the busy signal.
Internal number: The caller will be transferred to the selected internal number
(subscriber, group, voice mail/fax box or automatic reception).
