Voice Mailbox
Configuring Call Acceptance (Standard Behaviour) for Voice Mailboxes

Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Properties > Call acceptance/

2. In the list field at the top, select the voice mailbox in question according to the name
or number.

one of the following options:

is selected: In the right list field, select one of the available
options.

Recording
check box under
Standard behaviour
to define
whether a caller can leave a message or not.

No call acceptance
: All calls not controlled via
Call-specific behaviour
will
not be accepted. The caller hears the call tone. (No further action is required.)
Reject call
: All calls not controlled via

accepted. The caller hears the busy signal (subscriber/group will not be called
additionally) or the call tone (subscriber/group will be called). (No further action
is required.)
Standard announcement
: All calls not controlled via
Call-specific behaviour
will be accepted. The announcement of the selected language file will be
replayed (see
Language of the announcements
under
Devices > Voice
mail/fax boxes > Properties > Box settings
).
Box announcement
: Proceed with Step 4.
