Short-Code Numbers
To save you having to tap in frequently-dialled numbers every time on telephones that do not
support the use of a telephone book, you can save these numbers as a two- to four-digit short-
code number. When you input a short-code number, the PBX automatically dials its exchange
line access number and the external number saved under that short-code number (i.e. the first
phone number entered under the contact's basic data).
You can assign a maximum of 400 short-code numbers.
