VoIP/GSM Routing
Entering Exception Telephone Numbers
account number (targeted VoIP access point). Alternatively, you can enter
such numbers as service numbers under
Public swichted networks >
Emergency calls > Service numbers

If no particular connection has been selected for door-to-external calls the
routing is performed depending on the destination number.
For Call Through calls, the routing performed is dependent on the destination
number, if the special exchange line settings do not prevent this (e.g.
exchange line authorisation only to selected connections, preferred
exchange line, call restrictor).
If routing has been enabled for call forwarding for external numbers, the
routing performed is dependent on the destination number.
For call forwarding for subscribers and groups, the routing performed is
dependent on the destination number.
When you dial one of the local numbers (phone number without a prefix)
listed in the exception number table over a VoIP access point, the PBX
automatically converts the phone number as specified under
Number
presentation (outgoing)
for the VoIP provider.
When you dial one of the local numbers (phone number without a prefix)
listed in the exception number table over a GSM connection, the phone
number is automatically prefixed with the area code specified under
Admin-
istration > Exchange line request
.
Entering Exception Telephone Numbers
The exception numbers determine which connection should be used for attempting to dial a
phone number.
Up to 400 exception numbers can be entered.
Note:
Do not enter the phone numbers for software updates (system telephone)
etc. numbers in the table of exception number.
