, all telephones are displayed that have made themselves
noticeable to, but cannot be assigned to to a subscriber or a door station.
For an automatic assignment, the following must be given:
•
Analogue telephones: Slot and port of the device must correspond to the subscriber.
•
ISDN telephones: MSN, slot and port of the device must correspond to the subscriber
•
VoIP telephones: The MAC address entered for the sunscriber muss correspon to the MAC
address sent by the device.
If you want that these devices are no longer displayed, you can delete them (see chapter
Settings > Internal Telephone Numbers > Removing Unassigned Telephones).
Managing Unassigned Telephones
Telephones which shall be used further on on the telephone, can be assigned a subscriber.
Telephone that are not used anymore, have been disconnected or are no longer assigned to a
subscriber should be removed from the unassigned telephones list.
Proceed as follows:

Using the configuration manager (page
Subscriber (scr.) > Unassigned telephones
Select the line of the telephone to be removed in the register
VoIP telephones
or
Other
telephones
and click
Delete
.
or
Assign a subscriber to a VoIP telephone in the list field to the right of the corresponding VoIP
telephone.
Creating Groups
A group is made up of multiple internal end devices at the same time. A phone number for
groups is used to access the end devices that belong to the group via the PBX.
Up to 64 groups can be created.
