Internal Telephone Numbers
Creating ISDN Subscribers
Note:
The name is used for display purposes on the system telephone.
Furthermore, on some pages in the configuration manager (e.g., call data
list), the name is displayed in addition to the phone number.
5. In the
Module / Port
list fields, select the module and the port to which the end device
is connected.
6. In the
Device type
list field, select one of the following options depending on the
device connected:

The PBX automatically detects the dialling type of the analogue
extension.
7. Click
Save
.
8. Repeat step 2 to 7 to enter additional numbers.

If required, change the automatically generated PINs and passwords (see chapter Settings
> Protection from Unauthorised Access > Configuring User PINs and Passwords).
Creating ISDN Subscribers
The ISDN subscribers are on the end devices for which internal numbers are allocated and that
are connected to the internal S
0
port. The phone numbers are used to access the end devices
via the PBX.
Note:
It is a good idea to not connect more than two devices on the S
0
port in order
to allow separate calling on either of the two B-channels.
The internal number entered here needs to be entered in the ISDN unit or in
the system telephone as the (first) MSN. Also on an ISDN unit, make sure
that the phone number is transmitted to the PBX.
