Voice Mailbox
Configuring Call Acceptance (Standard Behaviour) for Voice Mailboxes
Requirements:

Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)
1. Open the page
Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Properties > Call acceptance
.
2. In the list field at the top, select the voice mailbox in question according to the name
or number.
3. Under
Readiness
, select one of the following options:

If you select
Depending on configuration
, the setting made in the
profile (see
Devices > Voice mail/fax boxes > Profiles > Configuration
)
assigned to the currently valid configuration will apply.
Configuring Call Acceptance (Standard Behaviour) for Voice Mailboxes
The call acceptance of the voice mailbox can be configured to show different behaviour for
different call types. The
Call acceptance/announcement
defines the standard behaviour for
the case that no
Call-specific behaviour
applies.
Proceed as follows:

Separately for voice mailboxes
•
Separately for configurations
•
Using the configuration manager
Note:
As described in the following, the setting is also possible via profiles (
...
> Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...
). If the check box
Profile-
controlled settings
has been selected, the property set in the right-hand
on
: Enables the readiness of the box. The readiness remains enabled even in
the case of a configuration change. (No further action is required.)
off
: Disables the readiness of the box. The readiness remains disabled even in
the case of a configuration change. (No further action is required.)
Depending on configuration
: Enables or disables the readiness of the box
depending on the configuration.
