Voice Mailbox
Operating and Querying a Voice Mailbox
Using the Configuration Manager to Operate and Query a Voice Mailbox
Requirements:

Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >
Basic Assembly and Extensions)

At least one received voice message
•
For the replay of the voice message: audio player installed on the PC
1. Open the following page:

For admin:
User data > Messages
•
For user:
Messages (voicemail or fax box)
.
2. In the list field at the top, select the voice mailbox in question according to its name
or number.
3. In the
Filter
list field, select one of the following options:
All received voice messages are listed in a table with the following columns:
all
: Shows all messages not yet moved to the archive.
new
: Shows only new messages.
today
to
last month
: Shows all messages received in the specified time which
have not yet been archived.
Archive
: Shows all messages moved to the archive.
Status
: Indicates whether it is a new or already queried message. New
messages are indicated by . Messages which have already been queried
are marked by . You can change the status of the messages by clicking the
envelope symbol (new -> queried or queried -> new).
Date/Time
: Shows the date and time when the message was received.
Duration
: Shows the duration of the received message in the format
hh:mm:ss.
Caller
: Indicates the external number from which the message was received.
