Project Assignment
The exchange line access with project assignment allows the sorting of external calls to a
specific project/customer/client (e.g., within a law firm). With call data management, the
charges and the time expenditures may be assigned to different projects/customers/clients.
Configuring Project Assignment
Requirements:

Assigning of project numbers function enabled (optional, see chapter Important Information
> Product Details > Basic Assembly and Extensions)

System telephone
1. Configure a project list on a system telephone (optional, see the telephone manual).
The user can select the project from this list - also using the name.
2. If required, configure a function key on the system telephone for selecting the
projects/a specific project (optional, see the telephone manual).
Note:
On a system telephone the project number is entered using a configured
function key or menu (optional, see the telephone manual).
On a system telephone the project number can be selected not only before
the call but also during a call (optional, see the telephone manual). This
makes the assignment of incoming calls (for billing the time expenditure)
possible.
