Columns on the Call Data List
Note:
Online name search must be configured and enabled.
Soft Call can only be performed by a user logged in the configuration
manager. He also needs the
Telephone book authorisation (business)
.
External Name
In this column the name of the external call partner (see
External partner
) is displayed if this
name is stored in the telephone book (
User data > Telephone book
, for user:
Telephone

) or transmitted by CNIP. In case of a call made via Voice over IP, the
Display name
(
Public switched tel. networks > Voice over IP (VoIP) > Provider > Configure
) will be
shown if there is no entry in the telephone book for the Internet phone number.
Note:
If there is no
External name
available, the data record can be updated via
the
Online name search
function.
By clicking
it is possible to copy the name and the phone number of the
calling partner into the address books.
Scr No. Invoice
In this column the internal number of the subscriber or group is displayed:
•
For an outgoing business call the internal number of the telephone is displayed or if the
subscriber is logged-in to a group the group number.
•
For a private call:
If call was started with a PIN, the internal number assigned to the PIN will be
displayed.
If call was started without PIN, the internal number of the telephone is displayed.
•
For an incoming call this column contains the internal subscriber or group number ringing
for the caller.
•
For an alarm call the phone number for this alarm is displayed.
•
For a Call Through connection the external number of the Call Through user is displayed.
•
For door-to-external calls this column shows the phone number for door terminal.
•
For wake-up calls the internal number of the person to be waken will be displayed.
