Internal Telephone Numbers
Function Overview for Subscriber Properties
The default exchange line access number on the PBX is 0 in the factory
settings; however, this can be changed. Note that changing the exchange line
access number restricts the telephone numbering plan.
For entering a sequence of phone numbers enter the first and the last phone
number under
from
...
until
.
4. In the
Name
entry field, enter a name for identification purposes.
Note:
The name is used for display purposes on the system telephone.
Furthermore, on some pages in the configuration manager (e.g., call data
list), the name is displayed in addition to the phone number.
5. Click
Save
.
6. Repeat step 2 to 5 to enter additional numbers.

If required, change the automatically generated PINs and passwords (see chapter Settings
> Protection from Unauthorised Access > Configuring User PINs and Passwords).
Function Overview for Subscriber Properties
You use the function overview to configure the same function for several subscribers at the
same time.
Note
: You can view the function overview in the configuration manager, on
the
Subscriber (scr.) > Function overview
page.
Like the Subscriber Properties, the function overview is split into tabs that deal with different
sub topics. The active tab is displayed with a white background. Click a tab to select the sub-
topic you require.
The corresponding functions are listed on each tab. Click
Configure
to display the subscriber
for whom the function is to be switched on/off, or set. In some functions, you can enter data or
select settings.
