Entering Text for Missing Call Data

For using the print option: Printer connected to the PBX (PCL4-compatible (HP Laserjet))

For using the print option: Configured reception telephone

For using the print option: Enabled print option
1. Open the page
Functions > Hotel function > Create print form

2. In the

Entering Text for Missing Call Data
The PBX has a call data memory in which call data records of external calls are stored and
protected from power outages. If the capacity of the call data memory is exceeded (e. g. via a
long-time guest), a note is displayed on the telephone bill of this guest. This note can be made
by the user, e. g.
Calls prior to the following date are not contained in the individual
overview:
. The following line shows the point of time when the data of this guests commenced
to be overwritten in the call data memory. The time is printed out with the day (2 digits), month
