Integrity Indicator

The integrity indicator values are returned with the measurement results as indicated in

Results" on page 230

. The values returned are shown in the table below. The values returned are

referenced to the Acquisition or Analysis Step. Errors outside these (for example, uncal and hardware
errors that may occur outside of the Sequence) are returned over SCPI in the normal way. They appear in
the error queue and can be returned via SCPI with SYSTem:ERRor?

The integrity indicator values are coupled to the “Abort on Error” parameter if that parameter is On. In that
case the Sequence aborts if any of the integrity values are set to 1, indicating a questionable value.

The integrity indicator values are only returned via SCPI. The front panel user interface does not return the
integrity values.
