The format of the results for each measurement is detailed in the following sections. Each
measurement returns all results when queried remotely.
If the Sequence is aborted manually, then NANs are returned.If the Sequence is aborted
due to “Abort on Limit Fail”, then results return NANs from point of failure and valid results
prior to that. To find out where Limit failed use FETC:LSEQ3?
If the Sequence is aborted due to “Abort on Error”, then results
return NANs from point of failure and valid results prior to that.
To find out where error occurred use FETC:LSEQ3?

Returns a pass fail < AcqNum>|0 for the entire Sequence. This returns a fail if any meas
limit fails OR if an error occurs. “0” means entire Sequence passed limits and no error
occurred. If fail then the number returned is the Acquisition number (AcqNum) of first
acquisition to fail a limit OR first acquisition that invoked an error.
If the Sequence is aborted manually, then results return –1.

Returns three integer numbers, Acquisition number, followed by Analysis Interval Number,
followed by the Meas Bitmap Number of first detected position to fail a limit OR that
invoked an error. Note: since the measurements are made in multiple threads the first
limit fail or error to be detected may not necessarily be the first one sequentially.
If the Sequence is aborted manually, then results return –1, –1,
–1.
