Configuring speed feedback using a HTL/TTL pulse encoder
You can configure the speed feedback with a BTAC pulse encoder interface module
(L535). This adds a digital pulse encoder interface to the drive and provides
accurate speed or position (angle) feedback from the motor shaft.
Note:
ABB product offering for cranes highlights safety and performance. You should
use components that increases safety. For example, in hoist crane application drives,
closed loop control (encoder or external supervision) must be used for safe speed
supervision.
