13. Close the Transfer Hub Assembly following the following the K465i GaN Transfer Hub Assembly

Chamber Maintenance procedure.

Flushing the Water Lines

14. Turn off the heat exchangers and disconnect the power cords.

15. Attach a hose to the drain fitting on the water manifold.

16. Insert the other end of the hose into the 5 gallon water jug.

17. Open the valve attached to the hose on the water manifold.

18. Disconnect the air from the system

19. Place the air line next to the system hook up for water.

20. Shut the water off to the supply water line by closing the valve at the ceiling. Close the return line

valve as well.

21. Disconnect the return line and attach the compressed air line to the opening of the return line (Figure

5-164).

22. Turn on the compressed air. The water will flow into the water jug.

23. Open all water valves (one at a time) and continue to purge water from the system lines.

Note:

ALL water must be removed from the system and its components.

24. Turn off the compressed air.
