7. Teach this position as station

8. Using MVR Z command (positive value), move the fork arm up until the carrier is clear of the wafer
carrier table. This is will be the up position.
9. Set the robot station

using NTC Station, 1. Ensure the station name corresponds to the station that
is being taught.
10. Type ENT 1 to end the teaching of the robot position.

Type SAV to save the station’s coordinates to the robot’s memory.
12. Move the robot to the (default) retract position using the MVR R command (negative value). For this
step T and Z-axes should not be changed.
13. Type SAV to save the retract position for the station
to the robot’s memory.
14. Repeat steps 3 - 21 of this procedure for any remaining stations that need to be set.
Caution:
Verify that the appropriate station name is used in steps 12 and 14. Using
the wrong station name will results in deleting the previously stored stations and possible
later crashes.
Note:
It will be easiest to make adjustment to the C, H and V stations with the top of the
Transfer Hub off. The G station can be done with the top on using the reactor viewports for
positioning. If at any time during this procedure the robot hits something and shuts off just
type SVN to restart the robot. The robot remembers its position even if the servos shut
down, but the alignment may have shifted due to crashing so all stations will need to be
rechecked.
