Starting the Tool/Resetting the Button

1. Pull out all of the

EMO

buttons.

2. Push the

RESET

button to reset the

Safety

Relay

3. Push the

Flange Handle

up to its

position.

4. Push the

button to start the tool.

5. Move to the

Alarm

buttons, to silence the

Hardware

Audible

Alarm

6. The

Alarm

Reset

button lights up, requiring a reset after all hardware alarms are cleared.

The

Process Stop

pushbutton is located on the unit

on a panel with one of the

EMO

pushbuttons.

When the

Process Stop

pushbutton is pushed, all

operations associated with the process or recipe such
as gas flow are inhibited. This is achieved by an input

to the

Programmable Logic Controller,

which is then

interpreted by the software program to inhibit the
necessary operations.
Pushing the

Process Stop

button creates a PLC

shutdown, preventing all valves from being operated.
To enable process or recipe operation, the activated
process pushbutton must be pulled out and then
enabled from the control computer.
