Safety Precautions and Hazard Management



In addition to the technician responsible for operating the system, a second site-
qualified technician must be present in the building when operating the system.



Before initiating the startup procedure make sure by checking with the system

supervisor or facility safety coordinator that all safety conditions have been met.

Verify that no safety alarms are currently occurring and that recently recorded alarms have
been properly acknowledged and addressed.
