62. Open the circuit breaker door and put all the circuit breakers to the
OFF
position.
63. Turn off, lock out and tag out the power at the main panel.
Warning!
Failure to turn off, lock out and tag out the power at the main panel
can result in injury or death! Verify that facility circuits have no voltage; i.e., Supply Lock-
out, Tag-out.
64. Use a ladder to disconnect the power cord from the facility connections.
65. Lay the power cord on the system top ceiling.
66. Loosen the lugs retaining the 3-phases and ground wires (of the power cable) to the system.
67. Remove the power cable from the system.
68. Open the back door of the ECA and remove the connections from R1-R12 and the Remote EMO on
top the CBP.
69. Remove P1 from the ECA PCB and Devicenet cable going to the MKS analog converter.
70. Pull back all loose cables back inside the SDA and tie wrap them to the SDA system frame.
71. Open the CBP door and disconnect R21 THA pump, R22 Glove box, R23-R24 (Heat Exchangers),
R29 and R35 Process pumps from the bottom of the CBP and pull back inside the SDA and tie wrap
them to the SDA system frame.
72. Disconnect frame grounds from the THA, RCA and SDA and pull back into ECA.
73. Remove the filament power cables from reactor and pull back into the ECA.
74. Remove the computers, key boards, flat screen monitors, mice, and pack with appropriate protection
in the shipping boxes in accordance with the Product Requirement Specification PRS-120.
75. Disconnect the CM-4 (K450 only) control box and return it to the tool box.
Dismantle the System Frame Sections
76. .Disconnect and remove the Reactor Cart:
a. Put down the castors as shown in
167 (to reach the floor) and raise the RHA/THA feet.
b. With the gate valve attached to the Growth Chamber, disconnect the Reactor Cart and roll it out
of the housing.
c. Remove the LFA or optional Glovebox if installed (see Preparing the LFA/Glovebox and Ante
Chamber).
77. Remove the Transfer Hub (remove all wires, gas tubing and
forelines
.
a. Remove any paneling that has been installed.
b. On the Transfer Hub Assembly, bring down the castors and lift the feet.
78. Remove all water tubing connecting from the water manifold to the reactor cart.
