Procedure 5-36: Cleaning Soiled System Components

1. Bake: Conduct a standard high-temperature bake of the system.

2. Purge: At 24 hours, purge all gases from the system with an N

flow throughout, with a 50% setpoint

at all MFCs, (removing all gases aside from N

3. Removal of Toxics: Vacuum all toxic materials from the system (everything but N
