CHAPTER 5.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

In periodic or scheduled Reactor Chamber maintenance/cleaning it is common practice to
remove the Flow Flange and Heater assemblies without disassembling them. This document

first offers procedures for Reactor Chamber maintenance and cleaning, followed by detailed
procedures for FlowFlange and Heater maintenance. Reactor Chamber restoration/system
restoration procedures appear following the sections on FlowFlange and Heater

maintenance.
