MOCVD control systems, based upon PLC controllers and DeviceNet communication

protocols. DeviceNet operates through the use of and internal Ethernet/IP common
industrial protocol (CIP) over Ethernet. The DeviceNet ToolBox is designed to work as a
standalone application, and does not require any additional software.
