Writing data
Specify the value to be written to all the devices specified by the Number of devices
in the request data.

It is not necessary to specify the devices when "0" is set.
Double-word access
Specify the devices according to the number set in the request data for double word
access. It is not necessary to specify the devices when "0" is set.
