No. of STDs
Specify the number of standard solutions (usually 3 to 5).
Input range is from 2 to 10. From about 3 to 5
standards is normally sufficient.
Input range is from 1 to 20.
If the order is linear and the number of STDs is 2, the
correlation coefficient is necessarily 1. It is
recommended to set the number to 3 or more.
If the order is linear and the number of STDs is 3, the
correlation coefficient is necessarily 1. It is
recommended to set the number to 4 or more.
If the order is linear and the number of STDs is 4, the
correlation coefficient is necessarily 1. It is
recommended to set the number to 5 or more.
STD Replicate
Specify the number of repetitions for standard solution
measurements (usually 1 to 3). Usually, 2 or 3
repetitions is sufficient. The repeatability of the
measurement can be checked by making multiple
measurements of the same sample.
Input range is from 1 to 20.
STD Decimal Place
Specify the number of digits under decimal point.
Input is effective within a range from 0 to 4. Input can
be changed after measurement. Refer to 4.5.7
“Changing Digits below Decimal Point.”
STD Unit
Enter the concentration unit for the standard solution.
Measurement can be made even if this is omitted.
Also, the unit can be changed at the end of
measurement. The unit will be displayed in the results
as entered. Carefully check the unit.
Conc. (STD concentration)
Click the Conc. area (<1> in Fig. 3-6) in the table at the
right of Working Curve field and input standard sample
concentration. As many concentrations as the number
of STDs for the working curve can be entered. When
increasing the number of STDs, increase [No. of STDs]
for the working curve and then enter concentrations.
