6.1 Using Correlation Coefficient of Working Curve (Check Working Curve)
Whether the working curve is appropriate or not is judged based
on the correlation coefficient. And remeasurement or deletion
of the standard sample will be carried out according to
specification.
(1) Click the check box of Check Working Curve.
Fig. 6-2 Check Working Curve Window
NOTES
: 1. Wile Check Working Curve is specified, Check
STD cannot be specified simultaneously.
2. While Simple STD Add. is selected in
Determination Mode, [Del. Outer STD] cannot be
specified in Action.
(2) Set the following items.
Corr. (Determ.) Coef.:
Specify the reference value of correction coefficient for
checking if the working curve is appropriate.
In case the order of working curve is linear, correction
coefficient is used for judgment. In case the order is
quadratic or cubic, determination factor is used.
Action:
Specify any of the processes below in case the
correlation coefficient is smaller than the reference
value. After any process, a message is printed in a
report.
Continue ............... Continues the sequence of
unknown sample measurement.
End ....................... Interrupts measurement.
When an element to be measured
next is set, however, it will be
measured.
