4.4 Saving and Printout of Result

(7) Data to be printed varies with the type of data table

displayed in the Data Process window (Table of Each
Element, Detail Table, and Concentration Table).
Under display of a Concentration Table or Table of Each
Element, only the mean value in repetitive measurement
will be printed. Under display of a Detail Table, all data in
repetitive measurement will be printed.

(8) Click the [Print Preview] button at the bottom of this dialog

box and check the contents of printout.
Initially, the first page is displayed. Other pages can be
viewed by the [Next Page] and [Prev Page] buttons
displayed under the toolbar.
Utilize the [Two Page](simultaneous display of 2 pages),
[Zoom In] and [Zoom Out] buttons when required.

(9) When the contents of printout are appropriate, click the

[Print] button.

(10) Upon clicking the [Print] button, the Print dialog box will

open.    In most cases, simply click the [OK] button.
When multiple printers are set up, select any one printer to
use in [Printer Name].    When clicking the [Property] button,
detailed settings on paper size, printing direction and other
items are allowed.    For details, refer to the instruction
manual of the connected printer.
Change the range of printing, the number of copies to be
printed and other items when necessary.
