CAUTION
Strong Magnetic Fields!
The graphite furnace utilizes a magnet.
The strong magnetic field produced may cause damage to
a watch, magnetic card and so on.
Avoid bringing such objects near the magnet.
In absorbance mode, only the absorbance of each unknown
sample is measured without creating a working curve.
This method is employed for optimization of analytical conditions
and other purposes.
(1) Using the Method window, enter necessary parameters in
[Measurement Mode], [Elements], [Instrument Setup], and
[Analytical Condition]. For details, refer to Section 3.
(2) Click the [Standards Table] button to open the Standards
Table window (Fig. 5-1).

(3) In the [Determination Mode] field, turn on the [Absorbance]
radio button.
