Diluent cup No.
Specify the location of the aliquot and the diluent used
to dilute the sample. It can be specified for each
element. It is recommended to specify the diluent cup
number separately for each element susceptible to
contamination. Available cup numbers vary with the
autosampler rack and are 1 to 60 for rack A and 1 to
101 for racks B and C.
NOTE
: Rack A is the standard rack, and racks B and C are for
the 96-microplate.
STD
Addition
In the standard addition method, specify addition with
the autosampler (Inner) or preparation of standard-
added sample (Outer) and the cup position of blank
solution. Refer to 5.1.2 “Standard Addition Method (In-
furnace addition)” or 5.1.3 “Standard Addition Method
(ex-furnace addition).”
This item does not concern the working curve method.
STD Cup No.
Click the [Cup No.] column of each STD sample and
enter the cup position number for each STD sample on
the autosampler rack.
Stock
STD
To prepare multiple STDs from one STD, make
measurements and create a working curve, specify the
cup position and concentration of each aliquot standard
solution. Refer to 5.2 “Using Stock Standard Solutions.”
Specification is unnecessary when the standard
solutions of different concentrations have been prepared.
