(4) Click [Verify] to open a dialog box configured with the
Pyrotube D HR for the measurement condition (Fig. 5-22).
Open the cover of the graphite furnace to confirm the
cuvette is set to the “Pyrotube D HR” and click “OK.”

(5) Check if the nozzle and cuvette inlet (left) are properly
positioned and click [OK] in the dialog box (Fig. 5-23). Click
[Cancel] if the cover of the graphite furnace is not opened
or a different cuvette is installed.
NOTE
: Be sure to make the above checks as clicking [OK]
while a different cuvette is installed or the nozzle and
cuvette inlet (left) are not properly positioned causes
the tip of the nozzle to bend when the nozzle goes
down.

(6) Check if the nozzle is inserted in the center of the inlet and
click [OK] in the dialog box (Fig. 5-24).
