Thus, you can create a working curve formula weighted on
low concentration. 1/conc2 has a bigger weight than 1/conc
on low concentration.
(6) Changing the Concentration
The value of concentration can be changed. When
changing it, click the value of [Conc. ] and please input
directly. Click “Recalculate” for the update.
(7) Copying the Working Curve
When clicking the [Copy] button, the working curve graph
can be copied into the clipboard. The graph can be used as
an image file.
(8) Printout of Working Curve
Click the [Print] button, and the working curve graph will be
printed. Usually, it is convenient to print this graph
together with other items by the method described in “4.4.2
Printout of Result.”
