(4) Check that the separator contains pure water.

(5) Turn on the power switch of the HFS-4 and confirm that the
power lamp lights up and the pump starts to rotate.
NOTE:
If the argon gas is not supplied to the HFS-4, the system
does not run. Check the supply of argon when the pump
does not start to rotate.
(6) Visually check to ensure that liquid is flowing in each pump tube.
(7) Ignite the flame.
NOTE 1:
The fuel flow rate should to be set at about 1.2 L/min
when the absorption cell is used.
A flow rate of normal flame condition (about 2.0 L/min)
may result in ignition failure.
