3.1 Generation of Measurement Conditions
3 - 20
NOTE
: If the entered value exceeds the specified number of
decimal digits, a value obtained by rounding off the
digits below the specified number is used as the
standard sample concentration. Also, if the effective
number of digits including decimal digits exceeds six,
the number of decimal digits should be reduced so the
effective number will be six.
Reslope
Specification is not required in particular unless
measurement lasts long. When making measurements
for an extended period (measurements of a large
quantity of an unknown sample) using one working
curve, the sensitivity may change over time. Sensitivity
error can be corrected. For details, refer to “5.8
Correction of Working Curve Drift.”
Use Saved Working Curve
Specify the use of an existing or saved working curve.
The sensitivity changes with the state of the instrument.
Use the latest possible working curve. The accuracy of
analysis values is lower than that of normal
measurements. Usually, saved working curve is not
used and a new working curve is created for
measurement of an unknown sample. (This item is
shown grayed out when there is no saved working
curve.)
UNK
Replicate
Specify the number of unknown sample measurement
repetitions. The repeatability of the measurement can
be checked by making multiple measurements of the
same sample.
Input will be accepted within a range from 1 to 20 times.
UNK Decimal Place
Specify the number of digits under decimal point for
unknown sample concentration. Particular attention
should be paid to the number of significant digits, which
affect the accuracy of measured concentrations. Input is
permitted within a range from 0 to 4. Input can be
changed after measurement.
