Usage
Use
this
command
to
generate
a
default
external
route
into
an
OSPFv3
routing
domain.
Use
the
no
form
of
this
command
to
stop
the
generation
of
a
default
external
route.
Example
This
example
specifies
a
metric
of
100
for
the
default
route
redistributed
into
the
OSPFv3
routing
domain,
and
an
external
metric
type
of
1.
G3(su)->router(Config-router)# default-information originate metric 100
metric-type 1
default-metric
This
command
sets
a
default
metric
for
routes
redistributed
from
another
protocol
into
OSPFv3.
Syntax
default-metric
metric
no default-metric

preference
value
of

The
value
of
metric
can
range
from

to
16777214.
