Example
The following example shows how to configure VLAN 1 on IP address 182.127.63.1 255.255.255.0
as a routing interface.
G3(su)->router
G3(su)->router>enable
G3(su)->router#configure
Enter configuration commands:
G3(su)->router(Config)#interface vlan 1
G3(su)->router(Config-if(Vlan 1))#ip address 182.127.63.1 255.255.255.0
G3(su)->router(Config-if(Vlan 1))#no shutdown
Enabling Router Configuration Modes
The G ‐ Series CLI provides different modes of router operation for issuing a subset of commands
from each mode. Table 14 ‐ 2 describes these modes of operation.
