bootfile
Use the bootfile command in DHCP Pool Configuration mode to set the
name of the image for the DHCP client to load. Use the no form of the
command to remove the bootfile configuration. Use the show ip dhcp pool
command to display pool configuration parameters.
Syntax
bootfile filename
no bootfile
• filename—The name of the file for the DHCP client to load.
Default Configuration
There is no default bootfile filename.
Command Mode
DHCP Pool Configuration mode
User Guidelines
This command has no user guidelines.
Example
console(config-dhcp-pool)#bootfile ntldr
clear ip dhcp binding
Use the clear ip dhcp binding command to remove automatic DHCP server
bindings.
Syntax
clear ip dhcp binding { ip-address | *}
• * —Clear all automatic dhcp bindings.
• ip-address —Clear a specific binding.
