Use the
network
command in IP DHCP Pool Configuration mode to define a
pool of IPv4 addresses for distributing to clients.
Syntax
network
network-number [mask | prefix-length]
• network-number—A valid IPv4 address
• mask—A valid IPv4 network mask with contiguous left-aligned bits.
• prefix-length—An integer indicating the number of leftmost bits in the
network-number to use as a prefix for allocating cells.
Default Configuration
This command has no default configuration.
Command Mode
IP DHCP Pool Configuration mode
next-server
Use the
next-server
command in DHCP Pool Configuration mode to set the
IPv4 address of the TFTP server to be used during auto-install. Use the
no
form of the command to remove the next server configuration.
Syntax
next-server
ip-address
no next-server
• ip-address—The IPv4 address of the TFTP server to use during auto-
configuration.
