in current instrument
state.

Description: System is not in
proper state for Homing (usually
still Stopping). Must be Standby/
Stopped/Disabled/PVT/Diag/Maint
or Align.
• Wait for the system to get to Standby/
Stopped/Disabled/PVT/Diag/Maint or
Align.
• Reboot if necessary.

ICMD: Can't do
PAUSE in current
instrument state.

Description: The instrument is not
in the proper state to accept a
PAUSE command. Only select
PAUSE when not already in a
pausing state and at least one side
of the instrument is running.
• If Pause was previously selected, the
System will go to "Standby"
automatically.
• Select Pause only when at least one
side of the system is running.
• Reboot if necessary.

proper state for Shutdown
command. Only select Shutdown
when all sides of the system are in
Standby/Stopped/or Disabled

necessary to obtain these states.
• Wait for the system to reach "Standby"
or "Stopped".
• To immediately shutdown, press the
STOP button and wait to reach
"Stopped", then request Shutdown.
