levels were loaded or were loaded
out of order.
• Reload calibrator racks.
• Make sure bar codes are readable.
• If there are 4 calibrators or less, they
must all be in the same rack.
• If more than 4 levels are required,
levels 1–4 must be in the first rack
loaded and the next rack loaded must
contain the remaining levels.
