Testing a Remote Control:
1. Enter the installer menu and select Test (see
steps 1 to 4 in ―To start testing‖ on page
181).

on the remote.
If the display shows ―No Remotes Learnt‖
then there are no remotes learned into the
system.



The example display at right shows:
―RM01‖= The name of the remote.
―B4‖ = The button you pressed.
―User 02‖ = The user who the remote is assigned to.
―Unset All‖ = The function of the button.
―SS9‖ = The radio signal strength of the remote.
If you are testing a FOB-2W-4B then the symbols for the buttons are:
―S‖ = Set, ―U‖ = Unset, ―?‖ = Query, ―*‖ = Part Set (programmable)
5. Press any other buttons on the remote that
you wish to test.


