Defaulting the System
If you wish to restore the control unit to its factory defaults then you must do
this from a keypad. You cannot restore factory defaults from a connected PC. If
ion Downloader is connected to a control unit when you load factory defaults,
or staged communication defaults then the control unit will drop the
connection.
Note that this procedure deletes all radio detector identities but preserves
expander and keypad addresses.
Restoring Factory Defaults
1. Enter the Installer Menu.


