If the cycle does not run successfully, perform the tests below.

Perform the vacuum/RF test.

Perform the Baratron zero-shift test.

Perform leak back test.

Replace vacuum pump

Vacuum not low enough for injection.

Repackage load. Restart sterilizer.

Problem/Condition

Vacuum did not reach 1 Torr within 9 minutes.

Vacuum did not reach 300 mTorr after an auto-restart.

Action

Check for moisture in the load.

Remove any cloth, paper or foam items from the load.

Repackage the load.

Restart the sterilizer.
