Corrective Action

Adjust pawl assembly by loosening the screws holding the solenoid

and lift it up to the maximum height. Retighten screws.

Check voltage at J102, should be 12 VDC.

Replace the injector pump.

Display

. Verify that pawl has dropped under its own weight

and engages cassette.

Press down lightly on seal base and verify that 0.2 mm minimum

clearance exists between the seal base O-ring and the top of a

cassette.

Corrective Action

If clearance is not correct, replace injector pump.
