7.28 REPLACING OPTIONAL STACKER TIMING BELT (ST-TG3) (cont’d)

On the PCB board side and above the
motor pulley
, remove two
tight screws
(9) to detach the
Idra plate
(10).

Using a
Hex wrench
, unscrew two
Hex socket set screws
(11) securing the
Motor pulley (Z=32)
(12) to
the
timing belt shaft
.
12.
On top of the
media path plate
, remove six
tight screws
(13) securing two
belt guides
(14).
13.
Remove and replace three of the
timing belts (165MXL95UK)
(15) as necessary.
14.
Reverse the above procedures for reassembly.
15.
After replacement, adjust the timing belt tension based on
Section 6.21 Adjusting Optional Stacker
Motor Timing Belt Tension (ST-TG3)
and
6.22 Adjusting Optional Stacker Timing Belt Tension (ST-
TG3).
