6.7 ADJUSTING CUT OFFSET (Cont’d)
6.7.2 To adjust the Cut Offset base on media used
1.
Enter to MAINTENANCE MODE, select SERVICE MODE and then press
FEED
button. Refer to
Section 4.14 Maintenance Mode
for more details.

Press the
/ arrow
buttons to select CUT OFFSET on the SERVICE
MODE screen, and press the
FEED
button. The CUT OFFSET screen
appears.
Stop position can be adjusted for each media type.
3.
Use the /
arrow
buttons to select the media type. Use
/ arrow
buttons to enter the value within the range of ±00 to 99 dots.
See the table below for the media type corresponding to the printer model.
4.
Press the
FEED
button to save the value.
5.
Perform the test print to see if tags or labels are cut properly.
6.7.3 To adjust the Cut Offset from the Adjustment mode

When the printer is Offline, pressing both the
FUNCTION
and
arrow
but-
tons at the same time will switch the printer to Adjustment mode.

The PITCH POSITION screen is first displayed. Press the
FEED
button to
advance to OFFSET POSITION screen.
3.
Press
/ arrow
buttons to set the desired value and press
FEED
button to
save the setting and proceed to the next Adjustment screen.
Adjusts the stop (cut) position of each media after printing.
Setting value is adjustable by 0.01” (0.25 mm) regardless of print resolution.
Setting range is ± 0.15” (3.75 mm) and the initial value is +0.00” (0.00 mm).
