Starting a Reservation
To start a conference from the Reservation Calendar:

In the
MCUs
pane, select the MCU to run the conference.

In the
RMX Management
pane, click the
Reservation Calendar
button (
).
The
Reservation Calendar
is displayed.

New Reservation

) button.

Starting an Ongoing Conference or Reservation From a Template
An ongoing conference or a Reservation can be started from any Conference Template
saved in the
Conference Templates
list of the selected MCU.
To start an ongoing conference or a reservation from a Template:

In the
MCUs
pane, select the MCU to run the conference.

In the
Conference Templates
list, select the Template you want to start as an ongoing
conference.
